Wheatgrass Juicing Recipes
In the recipes that follow, there is no substitute for wheatgrass. Each should be prepared in a wheatgrass juicer, unless specified otherwise.
Because it spoils quickly, wheatgrass in the following drink recipes should be juiced after all other ingredients to ensure you are getting the freshest drink possible.
Measure wheatgrass in "rounds," like spaghetti. A one inch round of wheatgrass will yield about one ounce of juice.
These recipes are from an old 1989 Juicing Cookbook by Steven Blauer.
